There are no official rules, just be a good person.
No mods are required. Optionally, the servers support Distant Horizons, and the creative testing server supports WorldEdit.

The main SMP, sillyserver.win, doesn't have any required mods. However, if you'd like to enhance your view distance, the SMP does support Distant Horizons on the server side. Distant Horizons generation is limited to 128 chunks.

The Creative Test Server is built for players to be able to build their builds, and then copy them to other worlds or servers with a mod like Litematica. WorldEdit and Distant Horizons are running server side, and as such no mods are required to join the server.

mernsmp.sillyserver.win
MernSMP is the modded SMP created by Mern. It requires Fabric 1.21.1 loader version 0.17.2 along with the most recent version of the modpack.
